Boyertown's BBB (Building a Better Boyertown) held a classy event this weekend to bring the community together this season.  The event was called the Boyertown Holiday Ball and was held at the Lakeside Inn in Limerick.  Boyertown residents, business owners, those involved in the community, and other members of the public attended the event.

Boyertown's BBB and Jane Stahl, a retired teacher of Boyertown Area Senior High (BASH), had planned the event for months.  Stahl recruited several students from BASH - Christi Weidner, Amanda Navazio, Allison Shutt, Allison Usavage, and Justin Kiene - to assist and host the event.  They had planned a "red carpet" approach, where guests were  escorted from their vehicle to the entrance, where they were interviewed on camera about their involvement in the community, and then were escorted into the ballroom. 

The night was filled with entertainment, from the delicious dinners to luscious cake served after.  A band, "Jumpstreet," kept the audience entertained throughout the night with some well-known classics from the sixties to the eighties.  Couples young and old got up to dance to the fun and catchy tunes.
