TOPTON, PA - A
train that became disabled caused traffic delays throughout
three intersections in Topton. This caused the Brandywine
Heights School District to run an emergency two-hour delay
schedule since its schools, primarily Brandywine Heights High
School, are located close to the tracks.
The train became disabled before
7:00pm. No injuries have been reported and there is no
word as to what caused the problems.
