New Wal-Mart Hiring Center in Boyertown |

The community has heard of the new Super Wal-Mart coming to town for the past few years. The time has now come and the building is in the process of being built. Currently, Wal-Mart has now set up a new hiring center in the East Philadelphia Avenue, in the Boyertown Borough. They are looking for about 400 people to work in the new Super Wal-Mart; everything from managers to janitors to cashiers. Anyone can apply by visiting the hiring center and setting up an appointment for an interview. The Wal-Mart corporation has already been giving back to the community before they have even opened. They have donated $31,500 in charitable contributions to 23 area organizations. Will our community be dramatically changed in the next year, or will this store become another part of Boyertown life? It may be a cliché but true, only time will tell.
