WZAR held an exclusive press conference on August 16, 2005 with the executives of Union 619C at their union headquarters on County Line Road. You can watch the video conference by clicking to watch it on the left of the screen or by watching for it on the live broadcast. Union members want to viewers to remember that this event is no longer a strike, but a lock-out by Cabot. In the conference, members were asked about updates of the situation, reasons why negotiations have been unsuccessful, and how it has affected their personal lives.
